Great question! To start, the annual cost of a full-time senior-level developers is well over $100,000, even before the addtional costs and headaches involved with payroll and employees. In addition, you may not always have enough work to keep a full time developer busy, but you're still stuck paying them.

With the monhtly plan you're free to pause and resume your subspcription as often as you need to based on your workload and ensure you're only paying for a developer when you need one.

As much as we'd like to offer unlimited hosting, that's just not something we could do for very long without somebody taking advantage of the offering. Generous is the next best thing we can come up with.
